SMS is the lowest common denominator and that is exactly its value: no app, no login, no portal. It is also the least private channel we offer, so we keep the content thin and put anything sensitive behind a link the recipient has to authenticate to open. One thing to sort out before you plan around this: sending to US numbers requires A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, and unregistered traffic is blocked outright rather than surcharged. Worth starting that with Twilio early, because it is the step that holds projects up.

Does Floowed integrate with Twilio?
Yes, on your own Twilio account and numbers, using credentials you issue with the permissions we need.
How does the Twilio integration connect?
You issue credentials on your own account and we send from your numbers, so the sender stays yours. Twilio's finer-grained key scoping is currently US-only, so outside the US the credential is broader than we would like and worth putting on a subaccount.
What can Floowed do with Twilio?
Chase a missing document, confirm an outcome, or run a verification step. It is the channel that reaches people who will not open an email and do not use WhatsApp. Verification results are read as they happen, because Twilio does not keep them to be read back later.
Do I need to build a workflow to use it?

Is SMS secure enough for this?
