What credits pay for.
Credits follow the work each case needs. One that arrives complete uses fewer than one with long documents and three follow-ups. The free $80 (8,000 credits) covers roughly 10 to 30 standard cases. Typical ranges:
80 to 250 credits
Light cases
An employee leaves. Floowed collects what they own from HR and IT, asks each manager who takes it over, and closes their access in every system.
250 to 800 credits
Standard cases
A new supplier sends a form, a certificate and a bank letter, with a field missing. Floowed reads all three, chases their finance team, checks the registry and writes the supplier into your ERP.
1,500 to 4,000 credits
Heavy cases
A new client needs due diligence. Floowed reads their IDs and a 30-page ownership pack, screens every owner, chases the missing ones and risk-rates the client by your rules.

How does Floowed pricing work?
Floowed is priced on credits, not seats. Credits pay for the work Floowed does on each case: gathering what it needs, reading documents, chasing people and applying your rules. One credit is one cent, so $1 buys 100 credits on every plan.
Is the free start really free?
Yes. You get $80 of credits (8,000 credits) with no card and no sales call, and free credits never expire.
What sizes are there?
Free, with $80 of credits, then Team, with monthly sizes from $100 a month for 10,000 credits, growing with how much you run. Every size includes every feature and integration.
Is there a per-user charge?
No. There are no seats. Your whole team can build and run operations from one shared pool of credits.
What uses credits?
The work on each case. A case that reads more documents or needs more follow-ups uses more credits than one that arrives complete. The Usage view in the Floowed Dashboard shows credits by operation and by case.
How many credits does a case use?
It depends on the work. A light case uses about 80 to 250 credits, a standard case 250 to 800, and a heavy one, like a 30-page due-diligence pack, 1,500 to 4,000. The free $80 covers roughly 10 to 30 standard cases, and the Usage view shows the real figure for each operation.
Can I change size any time?
Yes, up or down. The price per credit never changes.
Do unused credits roll over?
Paid credits roll over for one month. Free credits never expire.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Team sizes are billed monthly, and you can cancel for the end of any month. There is no annual contract.
What if I run out?
A case that is already running is always completed, so nothing stops halfway. Top up at the same rate, or set an auto top-up with a cap.

Do integrations cost extra?
