Floowed

The decision platform

The business operations you need. Already built.

Choose. Adapt. Run.

Supplier onboarding. Employee offboarding. Claims intake. Trade credit. Choose one from the library, adapt it to your systems and rules, and Floowed runs every case: reading and interpreting what arrives, chasing what is missing, and deciding what happens next.

Choose

Start with a flow you already recognise.

If you do it more than once, it belongs here.

Deciding whether to enter a market does not. Deciding whether this supplier passes does.

Adapt

Adapt it, or describe your own.

Change what does not fit, or describe something new the way you would explain it to a new joiner. Floowed recognises it and starts you from what that flow usually needs, shaped by everyone who has run it before, then asks about the parts you did not think to mention. Nothing runs until you have published it yourself.

You

When a new supplier applies, collect their business permit, six months of bank statements, audited financials and a tax clearance certificate, and check they are who they say they are before we raise a PO.

Floowed

That is supplier onboarding. I have set this one up enough times to start you from what it usually needs, rather than from nothing.

Floowed

It arrives reading all four documents, checking the permit is current, the registration matches the name on the invoice, the financials cover six months and the tax clearance has not expired, with a company and director screen on top.

You

Half of them send phone photos of the bank statements.

Floowed

Those are fine. It reads photographed and scanned statements, recalculates the totals from the lines rather than trusting the printed figure, and tells you when the two disagree.

Floowed

One thing you did not mention. Nearly everyone who runs this one adds a check that the bank account on the statements belongs to the company on the permit, because that is where the invoice fraud gets in.

Add that checkLeave it out
You

Add that check.

Floowed

Added. It compares the account name on the statements against the registered entity, and flags a mismatch instead of failing it outright, since trading names legitimately differ.

You

Finance has to confirm the budget and Legal has to see the contract before anything goes ahead.

Floowed

Both added as their own steps. It asks each of them once the documents are read, asks again on the schedule you set, and shows the supplier as waiting on Finance or Legal rather than waiting on you.

You

What if the tax clearance is out of date?

Floowed

It goes back to the supplier for a current one and holds the rest of the file until it arrives, so nobody reviews a supplier who was never going to pass.

You

Can I stop it clearing the large ones on its own?

Floowed

Set a limit and anything above it comes to a person with every document read, every check done and the evidence attached.

Send large ones to a personSame for all
You

Send large ones to a person. Over $250,000 a year.

Floowed

Done. Above $250,000 it recommends and your team decides. Below it, it clears the ones where every check passes and nothing contradicts.

You

Can I try it before anyone relies on it?

Floowed

Nothing is live until you publish it. Open the draft, check each gate reads the way you meant it, and put a real supplier through it yourself.

Run

Built once. Different every case.

Every case is different. Documents arrive incomplete. People do not respond. Numbers change. Exceptions appear. What needs to happen next depends on what happened before, so Floowed works it out case by case rather than following a route somebody drew in advance.

A supplier sends four of the six documents. One is a photograph taken at an angle. The tax certificate expired in March. And none of it can be decided until Finance confirms the budget and Legal has seen the contract.

That is the part Floowed does. It reads what actually arrived rather than what it should have looked like, checks it against what your rules need, and goes to whoever still holds a piece of it, in the channel they already work in. What reaches your team is ready to decide.

How a case movesThe middle repeats until the case is decision ready.

01

Gather

From your systems, from external sources, and from documents in whatever state they arrive.

02

Interpret

Works out what it means, not just what it says. A photographed statement, a bureau response, a field in your CRM, an answer somebody typed: all read the same way, and checked against each other.

03

Chase

Asks whoever still holds a piece of it, then stays with it. Reads the reply, works out whether it actually answers the question, and goes back again if it does not.

04

Decide

Runs every gate your rules require. Anything still open sends the case back to be chased. When they all clear it comes back with a recommendation, and you choose what it may settle on its own.

05

Act

What the decision sets off happens here. A record written back, a message sent, an endpoint called: wherever the outcome needs to land, that is where the case ends.

The decision was never the slow part. Getting to it was.

What it changes

Same team. Same rules. A different amount of work.

“Our team used to spend hours per application: reading bank passbooks, checking numbers by hand, reconciling documents. Now Floowed reads the documents, runs our credit policy, and surfaces a decision in minutes.”

  • Start from the library or describe your own. Either way you get a draft to review before anything runs.
  • Every case keeps its evidence. What was read, what was checked, what it concluded.
  • Documents in any state. Photographed, scanned, handwritten, or a layout nobody has seen before.
  • Your systems, connected. An API in both directions, and your system of record stays where it is.
  • Add flows as you go. The second one is faster to stand up than the first.

Choose the one that piles up.

We help businesses stop making their everyday decisions by hand, so they can spend their time growing instead of keeping up.
