- Gather
A leaving date is recorded in BambooHR. Floowed opens the case with the employee record, their manager and the equipment assigned to them.
- Interpret
It reads the resignation letter and the employment terms to set the notice period, final day and what must be returned.

The manager hasn't named who takes over the employee's accounts. Floowed asks in Slack and in the Floowed Dashboard, and follows up until there is an answer.
- Decide
Your offboarding rules run in a deterministic policy engine and set when each access ends. An early exit goes to HR to decide.
