Zendesk, ready to run.

The Zendesk integration runs the tickets your team keeps handling by hand. Floowed reads the ticket, its history and whatever the customer attached, applies your rules, and answers or escalates according to them.

What it is
Zendesk is a customer service platform where support teams handle tickets from email, chat, web and phone.
Connects by
OAuth 2.0 against your Zendesk subdomain. Zendesk API tokens are being retired, with final deactivation on April 30, 2027

What it does.

What Floowed reads from Zendesk

  • Tickets, their comments and their history
  • The requester, and what they have asked for before
  • Files and images attached to a ticket
  • Custom fields, as your team actually uses them

What it writes back

  • The outcome, as a comment on the ticket
  • Status, tags and custom fields set to match the decision
  • The ticket assigned to whoever the decision says should own it
  • A private note carrying the reasoning, for the agent rather than the customer

A damaged-order claim, from ticket to settled refund.

  1. Gather

A customer opens a ticket with photos of a damaged delivery. Floowed pulls the order from Shopify and the delivery record from FedEx.

  2. Interpret

It reads the photos and the packing slip, checks the item against the order, and checks the delivery date against your claim window.

  3. Chase

The photos don't show the product label, so Floowed asks the customer on the ticket, and asks the warehouse to confirm what was packed.

  4. Decide

The policy engine runs your claim rules. A high-value or repeat claim goes to the support lead, who decides.

  5. Act

Floowed refunds the order in Shopify, posts the credit memo in NetSuite, and answers the customer with the reasoning in a private note for the team.

How it connects.

  1. 1

    Connect Zendesk

Using OAuth 2.0 against your Zendesk subdomain. Zendesk API tokens are being retired, with final deactivation on April 30, 2027. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.

  2. 2

    Build your operation

Describe it in Slack, Teams or the Floowed Dashboard. Floowed builds it and asks only what it can’t work out.

  3. 3

    Let it run

Every case runs from request to outcome, the same way each time, with the reasons on record. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

Questions

Does Floowed integrate with Zendesk?

Yes. The Zendesk integration connects over OAuth 2.0 across tickets, comments, users and attachments.

How does the Zendesk integration connect?

OAuth against your Zendesk subdomain, with the scopes you approve. Zendesk has put its older API tokens on a deprecation path, so OAuth is the one to set up.

What can Floowed do with Zendesk data?

A refund, a goodwill credit or a claim is a decision, not a routing problem. Floowed reads the ticket and its attachments, applies your policy, and either answers or hands it to a person with the reasoning attached.

Do I need to build a workflow to use it?

No, and your triggers and macros keep running. Floowed runs the case they were never built to run, then lets them move the work.

Is my Zendesk data secure?

Scopes are approved at connect time and revocable from your admin center. Anything customer-facing can wait for approval before it sends.

What does the Zendesk integration cost?

Nothing extra. Integrations are included, and you pay for the work Floowed does on a case.
