What the Shopify integration does
Shopify is commerce platform for online and retail stores. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.

Two things Shopify decides rather than we do. Customer contact details are protected data, so reaching them needs your store on Grow or above. And orders are visible for sixty days by default, which is plenty for a refund decision and not enough for a year of history.

Does Floowed integrate with Shopify?
Yes, through the GraphQL Admin API, as an app you install on your store with the access scopes you approve.
How does the Shopify integration connect?
You install Floowed on your store and grant the scopes it needs. Multiple stores can be connected and stay separate. Shopify retired admin-created custom apps at the start of 2026, so this is the current path rather than the old one.
What can Floowed do with Shopify data?
A refund request is a decision: what was ordered, what arrived, what the customer has done before, and what your policy says. Floowed reads that, decides, and acts on the order. How much customer detail it can see is set by your Shopify plan, not by us.
Do I need to build a workflow to use it?
No. Choose refunds and goodwill from the library, connect the store, and set the thresholds at which a person still has to look.
Is my Shopify data secure?
Scopes are granted at install and revocable from your store admin. Anything sensitive waits for approval, and every case carries an audit trail.
