THE DECISION PLATFORM

Microsoft 365, ready to run

Choose. Adapt. Run.

Most operational decisions already live somewhere in Microsoft 365. The case arrives as email, the evidence is in SharePoint, the chasing happens in Teams, and the reference data is in a spreadsheet. Floowed reads across them and decides.

THE INTEGRATION

What the Microsoft 365 integration does

Microsoft 365 is mail, files, chat and calendar, as one tenant. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.

Some of what we read from Microsoft 365

  • Mail and attachments, from the mailboxes your admin grants
  • Documents in the SharePoint and OneDrive libraries you name
  • Files and replies in the Teams channels we are added to
  • Workbooks, where your rules or your queue live in a sheet

Some of what we write back to Microsoft 365

  • The chase, as a reply in the thread or a message in the channel
  • The decision and its reasoning, filed where the evidence sits
  • An approval request, before anything sensitive runs

Examples, not a list of limits. A decision can read anything the Microsoft 365 API exposes and write back wherever it allows it, so tell us what yours needs to see.

Microsoft 365 is not one integration, and it is worth being precise about the parts. Mail and files run unattended once your admin grants them; Excel does not, because Microsoft's workbook API needs a signed-in user. Each part is scoped separately, and each should be narrowed to named mailboxes, sites and channels rather than granted across the tenant.

THE LIBRARY

Decisions that run on Microsoft 365

These are library flows, already built. Choose one, adapt it to your systems and your rules, and Floowed runs every case: reading and interpreting what arrives, chasing what is missing, and deciding what happens next.

  • Supplier onboardingProcurement
  • Employee offboardingPeople
  • Claims intakeInsurance
  • Customer onboardingBanking
  • Vendor risk reviewRisk
  • Credit limit increasesFinance
  • Tenant screeningReal estate
  • Contractor clearanceConstruction
  • Refunds and goodwillRetail
  • Loan approvalLending
  • Crew sign-onShipping
  • Property closing checksLegal

These are where Microsoft 365 comes up most. A decision is described rather than picked from a menu, so if yours is not here, it is a conversation rather than a no.

AND FURTHER

It goes further than Microsoft 365

The same decisions reach the systems most platforms cannot. Core banking, credit bureaus, KYC providers and insurance cores have no app to install: they start with an agreement and credentials issued to you. Some are a modern OAuth API once you have them, others are SFTP, SOAP or mTLS. We connect whichever it turns out to be.

  • Notion
  • Sage
  • Experian
  • Equifax
  • Guidewire
  • SAP
  • Temenos
  • Salesforce
  • Mambu
  • Duck Creek
  • NetSuite
  • Plaid

Not listed is not the same as not possible. We connect over REST, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, SFTP, SOAP, mTLS and direct database reads, so if a system has an interface of any kind we can reach it. Ask us about the one you are worried about.

SETUP

How the Microsoft 365 integration connects

  1. Choose

Pick the decision from the library. It arrives already built, carrying what earlier runs taught it.

  2. Adapt

Connect Microsoft 365 using Microsoft Graph, scoped by your admin, then set the rules and the gates to yours. You decide how much it decides.

  3. Run

Every case runs the same way, with the reasoning attached and a full audit trail. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

QUESTIONS

Microsoft 365 integration FAQ

Does Floowed integrate with Microsoft 365?

Yes, through Microsoft Graph, across mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Excel. Each is consented and scoped separately by your admin.

How does the Microsoft 365 integration connect?

Your admin consents to the parts you want, then narrows each one. Worth setting expectations: consent itself is tenant-wide with no picker, and narrowing mail is a separate piece of Exchange configuration rather than a checkbox on the consent screen. Sites and channels narrow more easily. We would rather have the small explicit grant than the blanket one.

What can Floowed do across Microsoft 365?

Treat it as one case rather than four systems. An email arrives with an attachment, the contract is in SharePoint, the question goes to Teams, and the decision and its reasoning land back where your team already looks.

Does all of it run unattended?

Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams do, once granted. Excel does not: Microsoft's workbook API has no unattended mode and needs a signed-in user, which is a Microsoft limit rather than ours.

Is my Microsoft 365 data secure?

Every part is scoped by your admin and revocable in Microsoft Entra. Narrow each grant to what a decision needs, and make sure the wider grant is removed rather than left beside it: Microsoft combines the two rather than letting the narrow one win, so a forgotten tenant-wide consent quietly undoes the scoping.

What does the Microsoft 365 integration cost?

Nothing extra. Integrations are included, and you pay for the work Floowed does on a case.
