Worth telling your admin up front. A mail permission consented in Microsoft Entra covers every mailbox in the tenant. RBAC for Applications, which replaces Application Access Policies, grants the same permission in Exchange Online against a scope of named mailboxes. Grant it there, not in Entra: the two are added together, so a leftover Entra grant removes the scoping.

- Gather
A client emails the shared account mailbox asking to move billing to a new legal entity. Floowed opens the case with the message and its attachments, and pulls the account from Salesforce.
- Interpret
It reads the registration certificate and the signed letter, and compares the new entity's details with the account and the billing record in NetSuite.
- Chase
The tax registration is missing. Floowed replies in the same thread and asks for it, and asks the account owner to confirm the change is expected.
- Decide
Your change rules run in a deterministic policy engine. A change that doesn't fit, such as a new entity in another country, goes to finance to decide.
- Act
Floowed sends the contract amendment through DocuSign, updates the customer in NetSuite and the account in Salesforce, and files the thread to the completed folder.

Does Floowed integrate with Outlook?
Yes, through the Microsoft Graph mail API, as an application your admin grants access to named mailboxes.
How does the Outlook integration connect?
Your admin assigns the mail roles to our app in Exchange Online with RBAC for Applications, scoped to the mailboxes involved. Consenting the same permission in Microsoft Entra would reach every mailbox in the tenant, so we ask for the scoped grant instead.
What can Floowed do with Outlook data?
