Outlook is email and calendar. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.

Examples, not a list of limits. A decision can read anything the Outlook API exposes and write back wherever it allows it, so tell us what yours needs to see.
Worth telling your admin up front. A Graph mail permission covers every mailbox in the tenant unless it is deliberately narrowed, and Microsoft's current mechanism for narrowing it is RBAC for Applications, which replaced the older access policies. Scope it to the mailboxes the decision needs. We would rather you did, and we will ask.

Does Floowed integrate with Outlook?
Yes, through Microsoft Graph, as an application your admin consents to and scopes to the mailboxes it should see.
How does the Outlook integration connect?
Your admin grants consent, then narrows it with RBAC for Applications to the mailboxes involved. Without that step a mail permission reaches every mailbox in the tenant, which is far more than a decision needs.
What can Floowed do with Outlook data?
Most operational cases still start as an email with something attached. Floowed reads the message and the attachments, starts the case, and replies in the same thread when something is missing.
Do I need to build a workflow to use it?
No, and your rules keep running. Point a flow at the shared mailbox your team already watches.
Is my email secure?
Scope it to named mailboxes rather than the tenant, and check the tenant-wide grant is not left in place alongside it, because the two combine rather than cancel. Attachments are processed for the case and retained to the schedule you set, and consent is revocable in Microsoft Entra at any time.
