NetSuite, ready to run.
The NetSuite integration puts operations on top of your ERP records. Floowed reads vendor and customer records, bills and purchase orders across your subsidiaries, checks each case against your rules, and writes the approved record back to NetSuite.
What it does.
What Floowed reads from NetSuite
- Vendor and customer records, including custom fields
- Vendor bills, purchase orders and item receipts
- Sales orders and invoices, per customer
- Subsidiary settings that decide which rules apply
What it writes back
- A new vendor or customer record, once the case clears
- Custom field values holding the outcome and its date
- A file in the File Cabinet
- A vendor bill or purchase order, where the case creates one
NetSuite accounts are heavily customized, so map your custom fields and required fields before the first case runs, or record creation will fail on a missing value. Connect with a dedicated integration role that has only the record permissions the operation needs.
A vendor bill approval case, from inbox to NetSuite.
- Gather
A vendor invoice lands in the accounts payable inbox in Gmail. Floowed opens a case and reads the vendor, the purchase order and the item receipt from NetSuite.
- Interpret
Floowed reads the invoice, scanned or native, and compares vendor, lines, amounts and bank details with the purchase order and the receipt.
- Chase
A missing receipt goes to the requester in Slack or the Floowed Dashboard. A changed bank account goes back to the vendor for a signed confirmation.
- Decide
Your approval rules run in the deterministic policy engine, per subsidiary. A bill outside them goes to the controller to decide.
- Act
Floowed creates the vendor bill in NetSuite, stores the invoice in the File Cabinet, and files the evidence in Google Drive.
Used in the same case
The connection, in detail.
How it connects.
- 1
Connect NetSuite
Using OAuth 2.0 through an integration record, with the authorization code or client credentials (machine to machine) grant. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
- 2
Build your operation
Describe it in Slack, Teams or the Floowed Dashboard. Floowed builds it and asks only what it can’t work out.
- 3
Let it run
Every case runs from request to outcome, the same way each time, with the reasons on record. Anything sensitive waits for a person.
Questions
Does Floowed integrate with NetSuite?
Yes. Floowed connects through SuiteTalk REST web services, over OAuth 2.0 with an integration record your administrator creates, using a role scoped to the records Floowed needs.
How does a case start from NetSuite?
NetSuite has no general webhook, so Floowed runs a scheduled SuiteQL query for the records that need a case, such as new vendor bills or pending vendors. A case can also start outside NetSuite, from an email or a form.
What can Floowed do in NetSuite?
It reads vendors, customers, bills, orders and receipts as evidence, creates or updates records once a case clears, stores files in the File Cabinet, and records the outcome in custom fields your team can search on.
Is my NetSuite data secure?
Floowed works under the integration role you assign, and your administrator can revoke it. Every case keeps a full record of what was read and what was written where.
What does the NetSuite integration cost?
Nothing extra. Integrations are included, and you pay for the work Floowed does on a case. Start free with $80 of credits, no card and no sales call.
