THE DECISION PLATFORM
Salesforce, ready to run
Choose. Adapt. Run.
The Salesforce integration treats the record as the case. Floowed reads the account, the related objects and everything attached, chases what is missing, and writes the decision and its reasoning back onto the record.
THE INTEGRATION
What the Salesforce integration does
Salesforce is cRM and customer platform. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
Some of what we read from Salesforce
- Accounts, contacts and opportunities
- Custom objects and custom fields, as your org actually models them
- Files and attachments on a record
- Cases, where the decision starts from one
Some of what we write back to Salesforce
- The outcome, onto standard or custom fields
- A task for whatever a person still has to do
- The reasoning, as a note on the record
- A related record, where the decision creates one
Examples, not a list of limits. A decision can read anything the Salesforce API exposes and write back wherever it allows it, so tell us what yours needs to see.
THE LIBRARY
Decisions that run on Salesforce
These are library flows, already built. Choose one, adapt it to your systems and your rules, and Floowed runs every case: reading and interpreting what arrives, chasing what is missing, and deciding what happens next.
- Supplier onboardingProcurement
- Vendor risk reviewRisk
- Customer onboardingBanking
- Credit limit increasesFinance
- Refunds and goodwillRetail
These are where Salesforce comes up most. A decision is described rather than picked from a menu, so if yours is not here, it is a conversation rather than a no.
AND FURTHER
It goes further than Salesforce
The same decisions reach the systems most platforms cannot. Core banking, credit bureaus, KYC providers and insurance cores have no app to install: they start with an agreement and credentials issued to you. Some are a modern OAuth API once you have them, others are SFTP, SOAP or mTLS. We connect whichever it turns out to be.
- Notion
- Sage
- Experian
- Equifax
- SAP
- Temenos
- Mambu
- NetSuite
- Plaid
- Shopify
- Stripe
- Coupa
Not listed is not the same as not possible. We connect over REST, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, SFTP, SOAP, mTLS and direct database reads, so if a system has an interface of any kind we can reach it. Ask us about the one you are worried about.
SETUP
How the Salesforce integration connects
Choose
Pick the decision from the library. It arrives already built, carrying what earlier runs taught it.
Adapt
Connect Salesforce using REST API over OAuth 2.0, then set the rules and the gates to yours. You decide how much it decides.
Run
Every case runs the same way, with the reasoning attached and a full audit trail. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

QUESTIONS
Salesforce integration FAQ
Does Floowed integrate with Salesforce?
Yes. The Salesforce integration connects over OAuth 2.0 and works against your objects as you have modelled them, custom fields included.
How does the Salesforce integration connect?
An app you authorise in your org, with the object and field permissions you grant. It runs as an integration user and respects your sharing rules rather than working around them, so what Floowed can see is what that user can see.
What can Floowed do with Salesforce data?
It reads the record and everything related to it, applies your rules, and writes the outcome and the reasoning back. Where a document is attached, our document intelligence reads it too.
Do I need to build a workflow to use it?
No, and your Flows keep doing what they do. Floowed sits above them and makes the call none of them was built to make.
Is my Salesforce data secure?
Permissions are set by your admin at connect time and revocable there. Floowed sees only the objects and fields you allow.
What does the Salesforce integration cost?
Nothing extra from us. Integrations are included, and you pay for the work Floowed does on a case. One thing to check on your side: Salesforce does not include API access in every edition, so Group and Essentials cannot connect at all and Professional needs it added.
