A client change request, from request to delivered change.
- Gather
An account manager adds a client's change request as a row in the Notion requests database. Floowed opens the case and reads the row, its properties and the files attached.
- Interpret
Floowed reads the client's brief and any attached documents, and checks the request against the client's contract and scope.
- Chase
A missing sign-off goes back to the client by email. An estimate still owed by the delivery lead is asked for in Slack or the Floowed Dashboard.
- Decide
Your change rules run in the deterministic policy engine. A change outside scope goes to the account director to decide.
- Act
Floowed opens the tickets in Jira, sends the change order through DocuSign, and writes the outcome, status and a comment back onto the Notion page.

Does Floowed integrate with Notion?
Yes. Floowed connects through the Notion API over OAuth 2.0 and works with the databases and pages you share with it, including their properties, files and comments.
How does the Notion integration connect?
When you connect, Notion shows a page picker and you choose which pages and databases Floowed can access. Nothing else in the workspace is visible to it.
How does a row become a case?
A Notion webhook fires when a page is created or its properties change, or Floowed queries the database on a schedule. Either way, each row is one case.
What can Floowed write back to Notion?
Property values such as a status or an outcome, a comment on the page explaining what is still open, and files uploaded to a files property.
