The Google Sheets integration reads a sheet as a queue of cases and your reference tabs as the rules. Floowed runs each row, writes the outcome and the reasons beside it, and sends the exceptions to their own tab.

A spreadsheet is usually where a process lives before anyone calls it a system. That makes it the easiest place to start. The Sheets API reads cell values, not pictures, so documents belong in Drive rather than pasted into cells.

- Gather
A customer emails to change the quantity and delivery address on an open order. Floowed opens the case with the email and the order from Shopify.
- Interpret
It reads the request and checks it against the stock, rate and cut-off tabs your team keeps in Google Sheets.
- Chase
The new address is in a zone the rate tab doesn't cover. Floowed asks the warehouse lead to confirm the rate and replies to the customer from Gmail to confirm the new total.
- Decide
Your order change rules run in a deterministic policy engine. A change after the shipping cut-off goes to the operations lead to decide.
- Act
Floowed updates the order in Shopify and the shipment in ShipStation, and appends the change and its reasons to the log tab in the sheet.
