Airtable bases tend to grow organically, so field names and single select options drift over time. Point Floowed at a view that shows only the records ready for review, and keep the status field's options stable, since your rules and your team both depend on them. - Gather
A buyer adds a supplier request to the onboarding base in Airtable. Floowed picks it up from the view that holds new requests and emails the supplier for its registration, bank details and certificates.
- Interpret
Floowed reads what comes back, including scans and photographed documents, and matches names, numbers and dates against the request.
- Chase
An expired certificate or a missing bank letter goes back to the supplier by email, and the record's status and comments show what is still open.
- Decide
Your onboarding rules run in the deterministic policy engine. A supplier that doesn't fit them goes to procurement to decide, with the evidence attached.
- Act
Floowed sends the supplier agreement through DocuSign, creates the vendor in NetSuite once it is signed, and writes the outcome and the documents back to the Airtable record.

Does Floowed integrate with Airtable?
Yes. Floowed connects to the bases you grant through the Airtable Web API, over OAuth 2.0 or a personal access token, and works with records, attachments, linked records and comments.
How does a record become a case?
Point Floowed at a view. New records that appear in it open a case, either from a webhook on the base or a scheduled read, so the view's filter decides what is ready.
What can Floowed write back to Airtable?
Field values such as a status or a score, new records, comments explaining what was checked, and files added to an attachment field.
Is my Airtable data secure?
