THE DECISION PLATFORM
Magento, ready to run
Choose. Adapt. Run.
The Magento integration decides the refunds and goodwill your support team keeps deciding by hand. Floowed reads the order, the customer history and the payment behind it, applies your rules, and acts on the order.
THE INTEGRATION
What the Magento integration does
Magento is adobe Commerce, formerly Magento. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
Some of what we read from Magento
- Orders, line items and status
- Customers, and the orders behind them
- Invoices, shipments and credit memos already raised
- Products and stock, where a rule depends on them
Some of what we write back to Magento
- A credit memo, where the rules allow a refund
- Order status set to match the decision
- A comment on the order recording what was decided and why
Examples, not a list of limits. A decision can read anything the Magento API exposes and write back wherever it allows it, so tell us what yours needs to see.
This is Adobe Commerce, which most people still call Magento. Two things worth knowing before setup. How we authenticate depends on which Commerce you run: the self-hosted and Cloud versions use an integration you create in the admin, while Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service uses Adobe IMS instead and does not support those tokens at all. And refunds are credit memos with two routes, one that records the refund in the books and one that asks your gateway to return the money, chosen by how the invoice was paid rather than by preference. Getting that wrong is a rejected request rather than a silent fallback, so we follow the payment method.
THE LIBRARY
Decisions that run on Magento
These are library flows, already built. Choose one, adapt it to your systems and your rules, and Floowed runs every case: reading and interpreting what arrives, chasing what is missing, and deciding what happens next.
- Refunds and goodwillRetail
- Customer onboardingBanking
These are where Magento comes up most. A decision is described rather than picked from a menu, so if yours is not here, it is a conversation rather than a no.
AND FURTHER
It goes further than Magento
The same decisions reach the systems most platforms cannot. Core banking, credit bureaus, KYC providers and insurance cores have no app to install: they start with an agreement and credentials issued to you. Some are a modern OAuth API once you have them, others are SFTP, SOAP or mTLS. We connect whichever it turns out to be.
- Notion
- Sage
- Experian
- Equifax
- Temenos
- Salesforce
- Mambu
- NetSuite
- Plaid
- Shopify
- Stripe
- Onfido
Not listed is not the same as not possible. We connect over REST, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, SFTP, SOAP, mTLS and direct database reads, so if a system has an interface of any kind we can reach it. Ask us about the one you are worried about.
SETUP
How the Magento integration connects
Choose
Pick the decision from the library. It arrives already built, carrying what earlier runs taught it.
Adapt
Connect Magento using REST, with credentials scoped to your Commerce version, then set the rules and the gates to yours. You decide how much it decides.
Run
Every case runs the same way, with the reasoning attached and a full audit trail. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

QUESTIONS
Magento integration FAQ
Does Floowed integrate with Magento?
Yes, across orders, customers, invoices and credit memos, over the REST API. Admin work like raising a credit memo is REST only; Commerce's GraphQL is a storefront API and does not expose it.
How does the Magento integration connect?
On self-hosted and Cloud, your admin creates an integration, grants it the resources the decision needs, and issues credentials. Adobe disabled using those tokens as plain bearer tokens by default a few versions ago, so requests are signed instead, which is the usual reason an integration works in testing and returns 401 in production. On Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service it is Adobe IMS rather than an integration. Tell us which you run.
What can Floowed do with Magento data?
A refund request is a decision: what was ordered, what arrived, what this customer has done before, and what your policy says. Floowed reads it, decides, and raises the credit memo where the rules allow, on whichever route the original payment method requires.
Do I need to build a workflow to use it?
No. Choose refunds and goodwill from the library, connect the store, and set where a person still has to look.
Is my Magento data secure?
The credentials carry only the resources you grant and are revocable from the admin panel. Card details stay with your payment gateway.
What does the Magento integration cost?
Nothing extra. Integrations are included, and you pay for the work Floowed does on a case.
Start with Magento. Add the rest.
Free to try, no card, no sales call. We front you $80 of credits to run the first cases.
