One thing we are careful about here. Creating a refund through the WooCommerce API calls your payment gateway by default and actually returns the money. That is a real payment, not a bookkeeping entry, which is why refunds sit behind whatever approval threshold you set rather than running the moment a rule matches.

A customer emails the support inbox in Gmail about a damaged parcel. Floowed opens a case and pulls the order, its line items and the customer's past orders from WooCommerce.
- Interpret
Floowed reads the customer's photos and the tracking record from FedEx, and matches the damage to the order lines.
- Chase
A missing photo goes back to the customer by email. The warehouse is asked in Slack or the Floowed Dashboard to confirm how the parcel was packed.
- Decide
Your claim rules run in the deterministic policy engine: refund, replacement or courier claim. A claim that does not fit them goes to the store manager to decide.

How does the WooCommerce integration connect?
You create a key pair with the permissions the case needs, or approve one through WooCommerce's key authorisation screen, and we call the API over HTTPS. You can revoke the key from WordPress at any time.
