Ask your admin for site-scoped access rather than tenant-wide. With Sites.Selected an app has no access until a site grants it a role, and the narrower Selected scopes go down to a single list or library. On timing: Microsoft Graph sends a change notification when a library changes, on average within a minute, but Microsoft's stated maximum is six hours. The notification says something changed, and a delta query tells us what.

- Gather
A supplier invoice arrives in the accounts payable mailbox in Outlook. Floowed opens the case and pulls the purchase order and the supplier contract from their SharePoint libraries.
- Interpret
It reads the invoice, scanned or not, and matches lines, prices and terms against the purchase order, the contract and the receipt in NetSuite.
- Chase
Two lines were never received. Floowed asks the requester in the finance channel in Teams to confirm delivery, and asks the supplier by email for a corrected invoice.
- Decide
Your approval rules run in a deterministic policy engine. An invoice over the requester's limit goes to the budget owner to approve on a card in Teams.
- Act
Floowed posts the bill in NetSuite, files the invoice in the approved library with the outcome in its columns, and records the reasoning on the case.
