THE DECISION PLATFORM
SharePoint, ready to run
Choose. Adapt. Run.
The SharePoint integration reads the library your team already files into. Floowed takes the documents off a case, reads them however they arrived, and writes the outcome back where the rest of the evidence sits.
THE INTEGRATION
What the SharePoint integration does
SharePoint is document libraries and team sites. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
Some of what we read from SharePoint
- Documents in the libraries your admin grants
- List items, where a list is doing the work of a case queue
- Folder and library structure
- New arrivals, so a filed document can start a case
Some of what we write back to SharePoint
- The decision and its reasoning, filed with the case
- Values in the columns your library already has
- The document moved to the library the outcome belongs in
Examples, not a list of limits. A decision can read anything the SharePoint API exposes and write back wherever it allows it, so tell us what yours needs to see.
Ask your admin for site-scoped access rather than tenant-wide. Microsoft supports granting an application only the specific sites it needs, and that is how this should be set up. Two things to expect. Microsoft emits no arrival event of its own, so a document appearing is something we watch for rather than something SharePoint announces, and its change notifications can lag by hours rather than seconds. Fine for a case that waits days for a signature, worth knowing if you expected instant.
THE LIBRARY
Decisions that run on SharePoint
These are library flows, already built. Choose one, adapt it to your systems and your rules, and Floowed runs every case: reading and interpreting what arrives, chasing what is missing, and deciding what happens next.
- Supplier onboardingProcurement
- Employee offboardingPeople
- Claims intakeInsurance
- Customer onboardingBanking
- Vendor risk reviewRisk
- Credit limit increasesFinance
- Tenant screeningReal estate
- Contractor clearanceConstruction
- Refunds and goodwillRetail
- Loan approvalLending
- Crew sign-onShipping
- Property closing checksLegal
These are where SharePoint comes up most. A decision is described rather than picked from a menu, so if yours is not here, it is a conversation rather than a no.
AND FURTHER
It goes further than SharePoint
The same decisions reach the systems most platforms cannot. Core banking, credit bureaus, KYC providers and insurance cores have no app to install: they start with an agreement and credentials issued to you. Some are a modern OAuth API once you have them, others are SFTP, SOAP or mTLS. We connect whichever it turns out to be.
- Notion
- Sage
- Experian
- Equifax
- Guidewire
- SAP
- Temenos
- Salesforce
- Mambu
- Duck Creek
- NetSuite
- Plaid
Not listed is not the same as not possible. We connect over REST, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, SFTP, SOAP, mTLS and direct database reads, so if a system has an interface of any kind we can reach it. Ask us about the one you are worried about.
SETUP
How the SharePoint integration connects
Choose
Pick the decision from the library. It arrives already built, carrying what earlier runs taught it.
Adapt
Connect SharePoint using Microsoft Graph, scoped to named sites, then set the rules and the gates to yours. You decide how much it decides.
Run
Every case runs the same way, with the reasoning attached and a full audit trail. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

QUESTIONS
SharePoint integration FAQ
Does Floowed integrate with SharePoint?
Yes, through Microsoft Graph, scoped to the sites and libraries your admin grants.
How does the SharePoint integration connect?
Your admin consents to the app and then narrows it to named sites. Without that narrowing a permission covers the whole tenant, which is more than we want and more than you should give.
What can Floowed do with SharePoint documents?
It reads them, including the scanned and photographed ones, turns what they say into evidence, and writes the decision and its reasoning back into the library alongside them.
Do I need to build a workflow to use it?
No, and your Power Automate flows keep running. Point a flow at a library and a document filed there starts a case, usually within a minute or two, though Microsoft allows itself longer.
Is my SharePoint data secure?
Scope it to named sites, and check no tenant-wide grant is left in place beside it, because the two combine rather than cancel. Consent is revocable in Microsoft Entra at any time.
What does the SharePoint integration cost?
Nothing extra. Integrations are included, and you pay for the work Floowed does on a case.
