THE DECISION PLATFORM

Sage, ready to run

Choose. Adapt. Run.

The Sage integration reads the ledger a decision needs to see. Floowed pulls the contact, the invoices and the payment history, checks them against your rules, and records the outcome back in Sage.

THE INTEGRATION

What the Sage integration does

Sage is cloud accounting and financials for small and mid-sized business. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.

Some of what we read from Sage

  • Contacts, both customers and suppliers
  • Sales invoices, purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Payments and receipts, and what each was allocated against
  • Ledger accounts and the analysis you post against

Some of what we write back to Sage

  • A credit note or an invoice, where the decision creates one
  • The supporting file, attached where Sage allows it
  • Contact details corrected from what the documents actually said

Examples, not a list of limits. A decision can read anything the Sage API exposes and write back wherever it allows it, so tell us what yours needs to see.

Sage is not one integration, and anyone who tells you otherwise has not built one. Sage Accounting, Sage Intacct and Sage 200 are three different APIs on three different gateways with three different ways of signing in, and Sage 200 splits again by edition and by country. This page describes Sage Accounting, whose current API covers the UK, Ireland and Canada, with other regions on an older version. Tell us which Sage you run and where, and we will scope the right one.

THE LIBRARY

Decisions that run on Sage

These are library flows, already built. Choose one, adapt it to your systems and your rules, and Floowed runs every case: reading and interpreting what arrives, chasing what is missing, and deciding what happens next.

  • Supplier onboardingProcurement
  • Credit limit increasesFinance
  • Vendor risk reviewRisk
  • Refunds and goodwillRetail
  • Loan approvalLending

These are where Sage comes up most. A decision is described rather than picked from a menu, so if yours is not here, it is a conversation rather than a no.

AND FURTHER

It goes further than Sage

The same decisions reach the systems most platforms cannot. Core banking, credit bureaus, KYC providers and insurance cores have no app to install: they start with an agreement and credentials issued to you. Some are a modern OAuth API once you have them, others are SFTP, SOAP or mTLS. We connect whichever it turns out to be.

  • Notion
  • Experian
  • Equifax
  • SAP
  • Temenos
  • Salesforce
  • Mambu
  • NetSuite
  • Plaid
  • QuickBooks
  • Shopify
  • Stripe

Not listed is not the same as not possible. We connect over REST, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, SFTP, SOAP, mTLS and direct database reads, so if a system has an interface of any kind we can reach it. Ask us about the one you are worried about.

SETUP

How the Sage integration connects

  1. Choose

Pick the decision from the library. It arrives already built, carrying what earlier runs taught it.

  2. Adapt

Connect Sage using REST API over OAuth 2.0 (Sage Accounting), then set the rules and the gates to yours. You decide how much it decides.

  3. Run

Every case runs the same way, with the reasoning attached and a full audit trail. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

QUESTIONS

Sage integration FAQ

Does Floowed integrate with Sage?

Yes. The Sage integration connects to Sage Accounting over OAuth 2.0, across contacts, invoices, credit notes and bank transactions.

How does the Sage integration connect?

One-click OAuth against your Sage business, with the scopes you approve. If you run Intacct or Sage 200 instead, the shape is the same but the API is different, so we scope that with you.

What can Floowed do with Sage data?

It reads payment behaviour and exposure out of the ledger, combines that with documents and anything else the decision needs, and records the outcome where the API can reach.

Do I need to build a workflow to use it?

No. Choose a flow from the library, connect Sage, and adapt the rules to your limits.

Is my Sage data secure?

Access is scoped at connect time and revocable from Sage. Every decision carries its reasoning and a full audit trail.

What does the Sage integration cost?

Nothing extra. Integrations are included, and you pay for the work Floowed does on a case.

Start with Sage. Add the rest.

Free to try, no card, no sales call. We front you $80 of credits to run the first cases.
