Does Floowed integrate with Workday?
Yes. The Workday integration runs under credentials your Workday administrator issues, over the web services and reports your tenant exposes.
How does the Workday integration connect?
Your admin creates an integration system user with a scoped security group, and we connect against that. Which data is reachable is set by the domains they grant, not by us.
What can Floowed do with Workday data?
Employee offboarding is the obvious one. A termination event starts the case, Floowed reads the worker and their access, chases what is missing, and hands the outcome to the systems that revoke and settle.
Do I need to build a workflow to use it?
No. Choose employee offboarding from the library and point it at your tenant. Nothing has to be built in Workday Studio.
Is my Workday data secure?
Access is bounded by the security group your admin defines and revocable there. Worker data is treated as personal data throughout: minimised in logs, encrypted, and retained to the schedule you set.
