Greenhouse retired API-key authentication on the Harvest API at the end of August 2026, so anything still describing a key your admin pastes in is out of date. Current Harvest is OAuth 2.0. Documents on a candidate come back as links that expire within days, which is fine for reading them into a decision and no good for storing the link.
