HR adds a new starter to the onboarding board in monday.com. Floowed opens the case, reads the item and its columns, and asks the starter for their ID, tax forms and bank details.

Floowed reads what comes back, including photographed IDs and scanned forms, and checks names, dates and numbers against the offer.

Through OAuth 2.0 with the scopes Floowed asks for, such as boards:read and boards:write. monday.com permissions follow the user who authorizes it, so Floowed sees the boards that user can see. Connect with a user who only has the boards the operation needs.

A webhook fires when an item is created or a column or status changes on the board, and Floowed opens the case.
