A resubmission request from Veriff usually means the person can fix it, such as a photo with glare or the wrong document. Floowed starts a new session and chases them rather than stopping the case. Declines always go to a reviewer with the reason attached.

Is my Veriff data secure?
Access runs under your own Veriff agreement, and Floowed only gets the scopes it needs. It never stores a password, and every read and write is logged with the reason for it. Results are evidence a person can review, and Floowed never makes the final call on a flagged check by itself.
