The Jumio integration verifies that a person is who their documents say. Floowed sends the verification link, reads the ID and selfie results when they come back, and adds the extracted details to the case for checking against everything else.

The most common reason a Jumio check fails is a blurry or cropped photo rather than fraud. Floowed reads the rejection reason and asks the person to try again when it is an image problem, and sends everything else to a reviewer. The extracted name and date of birth are then compared with the rest of the case.

Is my Jumio data secure?
Access runs under your own Jumio agreement, and Floowed only gets the scopes it needs. It never stores a password, and every read and write is logged with the reason for it. Results are evidence a person can review, and Floowed never makes the final call on a flagged check by itself.
