Sumsub, ready to run.

The Sumsub integration runs KYC and KYB checks on the people and companies in a case. Floowed creates the applicant at the level your rules require, sends them the link, and reads the review answer and any rejection labels when it comes back.

What it does.

What Floowed reads from Sumsub

  • Applicants and their verification level
  • Review results, including rejection labels
  • Documents the applicant uploaded
  • Screening results on the applicant

What it writes back

  • A new applicant at the right verification level
  • The access link sent to the person
  • Documents Floowed has already collected
  • The case reference on the applicant

Sumsub separates a final rejection from one the applicant can fix and resubmit. Floowed reads that difference and chases the person when a fix is possible, instead of closing the case. Final rejections go to a reviewer with the labels and documents in view.

How it connects.

  1. 1

    Connect Sumsub

Using its API, under your own agreement. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.

  2. 2

    Build your operation

Describe it in Slack, Teams or the Floowed Dashboard. Floowed builds it and asks only what it can’t work out.

  3. 3

    Let it run

Every case runs from request to outcome, the same way each time, with the reasons on record. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

Questions

Does Floowed integrate with Sumsub?

Yes. It connects through Sumsub's API, under your own agreement with Sumsub.

What can Floowed do in Sumsub?

It creates applicants, sends verification links, uploads documents already in the case, reads review results and chases people when a resubmission is needed.

Is my Sumsub data secure?

Access runs under your own Sumsub agreement, and Floowed only gets the scopes it needs. It never stores a password, and every read and write is logged with the reason for it. Results are evidence a person can review, and Floowed never makes the final call on a flagged check by itself.

What does the Sumsub integration cost?

Nothing extra. Integrations are included in every plan, and you only pay for the work your operations do.
