Disabling an account in Entra blocks new sign-ins, but existing sessions can live on for a while, so an urgent offboarding case disables the account and revokes sessions together. Floowed reads sign-in activity first so the reviewer can see whether the person is still active. Changes to privileged groups always wait for a person to approve.
