Flexport, ready to run.
The Flexport integration brings freight shipments and their paperwork into your operations. Floowed reads the bookings, milestones and documents on a shipment, checks the commercial invoice and packing list against your purchase order, and flags anything that does not match.
What it does.
What Floowed reads from Flexport
- Shipments, bookings and their milestones
- Documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
- Purchase orders and their line items
- Freight invoices billed to your account
What it writes back
- A document uploaded to the shipment, once collected from the supplier
- A booking request, when the case approves one
- Purchase order updates after a discrepancy is settled
- The case outcome, recorded against the shipment
Most delays at customs come from paperwork that does not match: quantities, values or HS codes that differ between the invoice and the order. Floowed catches those before the freight moves and chases the supplier for a corrected document. Freight invoice disputes are a good fit too, with a person signing off on anything above your threshold.
How it connects.
- 1
Connect Flexport
Using an API key. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
- 2
Build your operation
Describe it in Slack, Teams or the Floowed Dashboard. Floowed builds it and asks only what it can’t work out.
- 3
Let it run
Every case runs from request to outcome, the same way each time, with the reasons on record. Anything sensitive waits for a person.
Questions

What can Floowed do with Flexport?
It checks shipping documents against purchase orders, chases suppliers for corrected paperwork, uploads it to the shipment, and reviews freight invoices against your rules.
Is my Flexport data secure?
