THE DECISION PLATFORM
Experian, ready to run
Choose. Adapt. Run.
The Experian integration brings the bureau into the decision rather than into a second screen. Floowed pulls the report under your own agreement, reads it into the case alongside everything else, and applies your policy to the result.
THE INTEGRATION
What the Experian integration does
Experian is consumer and commercial credit bureau. Floowed connects to it, reads what a decision needs, and puts the outcome back where your team already works. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
Some of what we read from Experian
- Commercial credit report and score
- Consumer bureau file, where permitted and consented
- Score reasons and contributing factors
- Public record, judgment and filing data
What we write back
- Nothing on this path. The bureau is a source here, not a destination.
Examples, not the extent of it. A decision can use anything your Experian agreement lets you pull, and the outcome lands in whichever of your systems owns it.
This one typically runs on your own bureau agreement and the credentials Experian issues you, which is why it is scoped rather than switched on: the contract, the permissible purpose and the consent trail are yours, and they should stay that way. Reporting data back to a bureau is a different thing entirely, a furnisher agreement and a batch submission, and it is not what this integration does.
THE LIBRARY
Decisions that run on Experian
These are library flows, already built. Choose one, adapt it to your systems and your rules, and Floowed runs every case: reading and interpreting what arrives, chasing what is missing, and deciding what happens next.
- Customer onboardingBanking
- Vendor risk reviewRisk
- Credit limit increasesFinance
- Tenant screeningReal estate
- Loan approvalLending
These are where Experian comes up most. A decision is described rather than picked from a menu, so if yours is not here, it is a conversation rather than a no.
AND FURTHER
It goes further than Experian
The same decisions reach the systems most platforms cannot. Core banking, credit bureaus, KYC providers and insurance cores have no app to install: they start with an agreement and credentials issued to you. Some are a modern OAuth API once you have them, others are SFTP, SOAP or mTLS. We connect whichever it turns out to be.

- Salesforce
- Mambu
- NetSuite

- Shopify
- Stripe
Not listed is not the same as not possible. We connect over REST, OAuth, API keys, webhooks, SFTP, SOAP, mTLS and direct database reads, so if a system has an interface of any kind we can reach it. Ask us about the one you are worried about.
SETUP
How the Experian integration connects
Choose
Pick the decision from the library. It arrives already built, carrying what earlier runs taught it.
Adapt
Connect Experian using OAuth 2.0, against credentials Experian issues to you, then set the rules and the gates to yours. You decide how much it decides.
Run
Every case runs the same way, with the reasoning attached and a full audit trail. Anything sensitive waits for a person.

QUESTIONS
Experian integration FAQ
Does Floowed integrate with Experian?
Yes. The Experian integration runs under your own bureau agreement, using the credentials Experian issues you, over their OAuth 2.0 API. Which products and regions you can reach is set by your agreement, not by us.
How does the Experian integration connect?
We connect it for you as part of setup, using the credentials Experian issues you. The mechanism is ordinary OAuth 2.0 against their API. What makes it a setup conversation rather than a signup is the agreement and the permissible purpose behind it, not the plumbing.
What can Floowed do with Experian data?
The report becomes one input to the decision, next to your systems, your documents and any other source. Your policy decides what the score and its reasons mean, and the reasoning is recorded with the case.
Can Floowed use another bureau instead?
Yes. We are score-agnostic: bring any bureau or any score and we orchestrate it. We do not compete with the score, we act on it.
Is bureau data handled securely?
Bureau data is treated as regulated personal data throughout: encrypted in transit and at rest, minimised in logs, and retained to the schedule you set. Access is scoped to the cases that need it.
What does the Experian integration cost?
Three parts, so nothing is a surprise later. Bureau fees are yours, billed by Experian under your agreement. Connecting a regulated source like this is scoped and quoted as a one-off setup, because it is a build rather than a signup. Running it then costs what the work on each case costs, like anything else.
Start with Experian. Add the rest.
Experian runs on your own vendor agreement and credentials, so we scope and connect it with you rather than at a signup form. Talk to us about the decision you want it to serve.
