Raken, ready to run.
The Raken integration turns what the crew logs in the field into evidence for a case. Floowed reads daily reports, time cards and site photos, checks them against your rules, and pushes what is still missing back to the people on the project.
What it does.
What Floowed reads from Raken
- Daily reports, including work performed and notes from the field
- Time cards and hours logged per worker
- Photos and attachments from the jobsite
- Safety checklists and toolbox talk records
What it writes back
- A note on the project recording the outcome and its reason
- A request to the foreman when a report or sign off is missing
- The cleared case, linked back to the daily report it relied on
Raken is where the field tells you what actually happened, so it works best as the proof behind a pay application, a subcontractor clearance or an incident case. Field notes are written fast and on a phone, so let Floowed flag gaps and contradictions for a person to confirm rather than treating a short note as final.
How it connects.
- 1
Connect Raken
Using its API, with scoped access. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
- 2
Build your operation
Describe it in Slack, Teams or the Floowed Dashboard. Floowed builds it and asks only what it can’t work out.
- 3
Let it run
Every case runs from request to outcome, the same way each time, with the reasons on record. Anything sensitive waits for a person.
Questions
Does Floowed integrate with Raken?
Yes. Floowed connects to your Raken account through its API and works with the projects you choose.
What can Floowed do with Raken?
It reads daily reports, time cards, photos and safety records, checks them against your rules, and chases the crew for anything a case still needs.
Is my Raken data secure?
Floowed only gets the access it needs in Raken, never stores a password, and logs every read and write with the reason.
What does the Raken integration cost?
Nothing extra. Integrations are included in every plan, and you only pay for the work your operations do.
