The PandaDoc integration turns a checked case into a ready document. Floowed creates the proposal, quote or contract from your template with the case details and pricing filled in, sends it, and tracks it until it is completed.

Pricing in a quote is where mistakes cost the most, so Floowed checks the numbers against your rules before the document is created. A discount outside the allowed range goes to a person to approve before the quote is sent. Once it is completed, the signed PDF and the final values are kept with the case.
