Clio, ready to run.
The Clio integration connects client intake and matter work to your practice management system. Floowed collects and checks the documents a new client or matter needs, then creates the contact and matter in Clio with the files and tasks already in place.
What it does.
What Floowed reads from Clio
- Contacts and their details
- Matters, with their status and practice area
- Documents stored on a matter
- Tasks and calendar entries on a matter
What it writes back
- A new contact from the intake details
- A new matter, once a person approves it
- Documents filed to the matter
- Tasks for the responsible attorney or staff
Conflict checks are the step that should never be skipped at intake. Floowed searches existing contacts and matters in Clio for the names in a new inquiry and puts any overlaps in front of an attorney before the matter is opened. Opening the matter itself waits for that person's approval.
How it connects.
- 1
Connect Clio
Using OAuth, approved by an admin. Nothing migrates and nothing is replaced.
- 2
Build your operation
Describe it in Slack, Teams or the Floowed Dashboard. Floowed builds it and asks only what it can’t work out.
- 3
Let it run
Every case runs from request to outcome, the same way each time, with the reasons on record. Anything sensitive waits for a person.
Questions
Does Floowed integrate with Clio?
Yes. It connects over OAuth to your Clio account, with access your admin approves.
What can Floowed do in Clio?
It reads contacts and matters, searches for possible conflicts, and creates contacts, matters, documents and tasks once intake is complete and approved.
Is my Clio data secure?
Floowed only gets the access it needs in Clio, never stores a password, and logs every read and write with the reason for it.
What does the Clio integration cost?
Nothing extra. Integrations are included in every plan, and you only pay for the work your operations do.
