01About the program

These Partner Terms govern the Floowed Partner Program, operated by Floowed Pte. Ltd. ("Floowed", "we", "us"). By applying to, joining or taking part in the program, you (the "partner") agree to them.

The program rewards partners who refer new customers to Floowed. It has three tracks: affiliates, who recommend Floowed, implementation partners, who also set Floowed up for their clients, and creators, who are paid for posts about real cases Floowed ran. The program runs on Dub, which tracks referrals and pays commissions on our behalf.

02Joining the program

Applications are reviewed by a person. We may approve, reject, suspend or remove any partner at our discretion. Joining does not guarantee that any referral, commission or other benefit will be approved or paid.

Implementation partners are approved separately. We ask to see Floowed working in your own account, at least one live operation, before approving the track.

You must keep your account and payout details accurate and follow these terms and any program rules we publish.

03Commission

You earn a share of the qualifying payments Floowed receives from each customer you refer, for the first 12 months after that customer's first payment.

From the fifth paying customer. Once five customers you referred have each made a payment, the 25% rate applies to qualifying payments received from then on, including from customers you referred earlier. It is not applied retroactively to payments already received.

Qualifying payments are the amounts Floowed actually receives from the referred customer for subscriptions and credit top-ups. They exclude taxes, one-off setup or implementation fees charged by Floowed, and any amount that is refunded, disputed or charged back.

Commission is calculated in US dollars and stops 12 months after the customer's first payment, even if they remain a customer.

Milestone bonuses. Affiliates also earn $100 once the customers they referred have together paid Floowed $500 in qualifying payments, and a further $250 once they have paid $2,000. Each bonus is paid once per partner, on top of commission.

Creators. Creator payouts are made per approved post, based on the reach shown in the analytics you submit, at the rates published on the creator program page when the post is submitted. Posts must meet the creator program rules, including the platform’s paid-partnership disclosure, organic reach only and real output from your own Floowed account. Creators may choose credits instead of cash; credits are worth 1.5 times the cash amount and have no cash value.

04Implementation partners

Activation bonus

On top of commission, we pay a one-off bonus for each new company you bring onto a monthly plan of $500 or more:

• The bonus is paid once per company, after the customer's second consecutive paid month, net of refunds.
• Plan size is the customer's recurring monthly plan. Credit top-ups do not count towards it.
• Existing customers and companies already in our sales pipeline do not qualify.
• Each customer counts in one track only.

Your fees

You may charge your clients whatever you choose for setup, training and builds. Floowed takes no share of those fees and is not a party to your agreement with your client.

Deal registration

If you are working with a company that may sign up without using your link, register it by emailing partners@floowed.com with the company name and your contact there. If the company is not already in our pipeline, we protect it for you for 60 days: if it becomes a customer in that window, it counts as your referral.

05Referrals and tracking

• Referrals must come through your partner link or another tracking method we provide. Referrals we cannot track may not be credited.
• When someone clicks your link, the referral is tracked for 90 days. If they click more than one partner's link, the last link clicked before they sign up gets the credit.
• The customer must sign up through floowed.com while the referral is tracked.
• Only new customers qualify. Existing customers, prior leads and companies already in an active conversation with us are excluded.
• You may not refer yourself, your own company or any account you control. Duplicate accounts and any attempt to create referral credit artificially are prohibited.
• We may review, reject, reverse or adjust any referral that looks fraudulent, abusive, wrongly tracked or inconsistent with these terms.

06Payouts

• Commission stays pending for 30 days after we receive each payment, then becomes payable.
• Payable commission is paid monthly through Dub to the payout method you connect there. The minimum payout is $50; smaller balances carry over to the next month.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back after you have been paid, the commission on it is deducted from future payouts.
• We may withhold payouts while we review suspected fraud or a breach of these terms.

07The referred customer's offer

Teams that sign up through a partner link receive $100 of extra Floowed credits on top of the free credits every new account gets. The offer applies once per company, the credits have no cash value, and we may change or end the offer at any time.

You may not offer your own discounts, rebates or cashback on Floowed without our written approval.

08Promotion rules

• Promote Floowed honestly and clearly, in a way that reflects well on the brand.
• Disclose the relationship every time you promote Floowed. On social platforms, add #ad or use the platform's paid-partnership label. Any review, post, video or email must make clear that you may be paid.
• Do not bid on, target or buy ads using Floowed's name, product names, trademarks, misspellings or similar terms. Any other paid advertising for Floowed needs our prior written approval.
• Do not promote Floowed on coupon, deal, cashback or loyalty sites, or through discount browser extensions, without our prior written approval.
• Do not use spam, bought or scraped contact lists, bots, automated bulk messages or unsolicited bulk outreach. Personal, one-to-one recommendations are fine.
• Do not make false, misleading, exaggerated or unsupported claims about Floowed, its capabilities, results, pricing or offers. Use the prices and claims published on floowed.com.
• Do not present yourself as an employee, agent or official representative of Floowed.
• Follow the laws, advertising rules, privacy and anti-spam rules, and platform policies that apply to your promotion.

09Brand usage

You may use Floowed's name, logo, screenshots and brand assets only to promote Floowed under this program, and only as provided in your partner dashboard or on floowed.com.

You may not register or use domains, subdomains, social handles, ads, keywords, business names or app names that include Floowed's name, trademarks, misspellings or similar terms. You may not create websites, profiles or materials that look like they are owned or run by Floowed.

We may ask you to change or remove any content that we believe is inaccurate, outdated, misleading or off-brand, and you agree to do so promptly.

10Data protection

We share with Dub only what is needed to track referrals. For referred customers, that is a hashed identifier, not their name or email address. Partners see referral activity in the Dub dashboard, not our customers' data.

Do not send us personal data about other people, such as contact lists, unless you have a lawful basis to share it. When you promote Floowed, you are responsible for complying with the data protection and anti-spam laws that apply to you, including Singapore's PDPA, the Philippines' Data Privacy Act and the GDPR where relevant.

We and Dub process your own details as a partner to run the program and pay you. Our Privacy Policy explains how.

11Compliance and enforcement

We may monitor partner activity to protect our customers, our brand and the program, and may suspend or end your participation at any time if we believe you have broken these terms, abused the program or acted in a way that could harm Floowed.

Prohibited activity includes fraud, fake traffic, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, attribution manipulation, impersonation, misleading claims, self-referrals, spam and any illegal activity.

If you are suspended or removed, you must stop using your partner links, our brand assets and program materials. We may withhold, reverse or cancel commission connected with a breach. Commission earned in good standing before a removal without cause remains payable under section 6.

12Legal terms

Confidentiality

You may receive non-public information about Floowed, our customers, products, pricing, roadmap or program performance. Keep it confidential and use it only to take part in the program.

Independent contractors

The program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise or fiduciary relationship. You may not make commitments or representations on our behalf.

Non-exclusivity

The program is non-exclusive. We work with other partners, and you may work with other companies as long as you follow these terms.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Floowed Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your promotional activity, your content, your breach of these terms, your violation of law or your misuse of our brand.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floowed Pte. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from the program. Our total liability to you under the program is limited to the commission earned and unpaid at the time of the claim.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that the program will produce traffic, referrals, customers, revenue or commission.

Changes

We may update these terms or the commission rates. Material changes are announced by email or in the partner dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect, and never reduce commission on payments received before the change. Continuing in the program after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13Tax and payout checks

You are responsible for any taxes and reporting obligations on payments you receive. Before we pay you, you may need to complete tax forms, identity verification, sanctions screening or onboarding with the payout provider. We may hold payments until these are done.
